Refund policy
What is our exchange policy?
As a small business, we do not offer refunds to your credit card. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, allowing you to request an alternative item during this period. For original Samonte pieces, exchanges are also available within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount or promotion code) are not eligible for exchanges. All sales will be final.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To start an exchange, please contact us at shopsamonte@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, we will process the exchange promptly. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

How long will it take to process my exchange?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed.
